El pasado 5 de Octubre nuestra bodega presentó en la Fundación Fernando de Castro
las nuevas añadas de vinos de cara a la campaña de fin de año.
Los vinos de estas añadas tienen una personalidad propia, con mucha fruta, elegancia, frescura y complejidad.
"Año a año tratamos de mejorar y plasmar en una botella el amor y el esfuerzo de una familia y de unos profesionales dedicados en cuerpo y alma a la Bodega", dice Asunción Eguren Cendoya, presidenta de la compañía e hija del fundador Victorino Eguren Ugarte.

El equipo de enólogos observa la evolución de nuestros vinos.
El vino de Heredad Ugarte, en una situación de quietud, pronuncia las características que ya poseía antes del embotellado. Muchos de los rasgos de su calidad se adquirirán de su envejecimiento en botella.
Cuanto más lenta sea su evolución, más nitidamente se apreciará el conjuto armónico de sabores propios de la uva y los adquiridos durante la fermentación y crianza.
